Outputs → select System prompt → Generate selected.
Paste into ChatGPT
Use ChatGPT Custom Instructions (consumer) or your workspace/project system prompt (team plans).
Automate if you use the API
Upload the same text to your deployment pipeline as the `instructions` or equivalent system field.
